I have a Nursing background having worked on a burns department for many years.

Bio Energy has opened a door for me to a new way of living, a more holistic way of living and it has/is changing my life in so many ways. I enjoy so much sharing my knowledge with Clients and helping them to lead healthier and happier lives.

Bio Energy is a safe, gentle and non – invasive therapy with very little physical contact.

Bio Energy looks to see where the energy imbalances have happened in your physical body and energy field. It then looks to rebalance/clear this energy to allow your body to return to a feeling of full health and wellness.

I do Bio Energy sessions remotely and in – person and the benefits felt and achieved are the same whether remote or in – person.
